Our Surepoint Insurance journey began when we the founders, Grant and Lucille, registered our family-orientated company that has its’ primary offices in Auckland. Our humble beginnings at our dining table, soon grew into a business with a client-base that extended from Northland to Wellington within the first year. By our second year, our client footprint expanded into the South Island. Today, Surepoint Insurance’s dedicated and professional advisors collectively have over 50 years’ experience in insurance and financial advice.

Application Process
Next, you need to decide what cover you want. Your adviser and our client service team will then manage the application process on your behalf. This will remove the time and the hassle of long contact centre calls and endless paperwork. We will also deal with queries during the application process and resolve them with speed and professionalism.

Following your assessment, your adviser will coordinate with New Zealand’s leading insurance and financial companies for the best suited and affordable cover. You will be presented with a prepared tailor-made proposal together with quotations and recommendations. Your adviser will meet with you to explain your proposal and answer any questions you may have.
Our On-going Relationship
Following the issuing of your policy, our relationship and advice is on-going. Your adviser and our client service team are on-call for any queries and the submission of any claims. We will also assist you with on-going advice as your lifestyle and family’s needs change.
